Delve into the extensive collections of the Henry Moore Archive in this themed session which complements Henry Moore: The Sixties

Led by members of the Henry Moore Archive team, explore archive materials which reveal Henry Moore's long-standing interest in and support of the Performing Arts, and how this inspired his own artistic output.

Drop-in, no booking needed. Entry is included in your Studios & Gardens ticket.

Henry Moore Archive

The Henry Moore Archive houses over three quarters of a million publications, documents, images and recordings created and collected from the artist’s working life to the present day. It illuminates Moore’s creativity, passion and curiosity and documents his influence on 20th and 21st Century art.

The archive team welcome anyone with an interest in Henry Moore, his life and his work. Outside of our drop-in sessions, the archive is open, by appointment Mondays to Fridays, 10am-4.30pm. To help prepare for each appointment, we ask visitors to browse the archive catalogue and order reference materials in advance.
