Halloween Half Term

Join us this October half term for three special days of family activites.
Drop in to the art workshop and try out some of Henry Moore’s favourite drawing techniques – including wax resist drawing and brusho ink effects - to create Halloween and firework themed pictures.
Make your own spooky spiders, enter our competition to create the scariest Halloween mask and take a quiet moment to enjoy a story in our Aisled Barn.
Please note that Henry Moore Drawings: The Art of Seeing and Hoglands House will not be open during this event.
Interpretation Room: Visitor Centre

Yarn webs and spiders
Paint blowing pictures
Wax resist firework scenes
Brusho ink and sharpie techniques
Storytime: 11.30am and 2pm
Light drawing: 12.30 - 1.30pm
In the gardens
Halloween I-Spy Trail (self guided)
Apple Bobbing: sessions throughout the day
Suitable for all ages. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Included in an admission ticket. No booking necessary.
