Martin and Matthew lead our project to digitise Moore's catalogue raisonné, in this short talk they look at the early sketchbooks and notebooks in relation to their ongoing work. Looking closely at two examples in particular, Notebook No.2 (SKB 4) and Sketchbook 1928: West Wind Relief (SKB 10) they will focus on the relationship between the physical object and the digitally reconstructed versions of these currently available on our website via Turning the Pages.
The talk is included in your Studios & Gardens admission ticket. Please register your interest at the ticket desk when you arrive.
