  • Drop in family workshop in Leeds Art Gallery's Artspace, 11am - 4pm

Alison Smith

Join us for a free drop-in collage activity, inspired by our current exhibition, Bellarmines and Bootlegs by Renee So.

Follow So’s journey through art history, finding inspiration in everything from Neo-Assyrian temples and prehistoric artefacts to 19th century portraits and Bellarmine jugs, then create a collage of your own eccentric character to take home!

This event is free of charge and there is no need to book, just drop in any time from 11am until 4pm.

As the collaging will involve cutting and sticking, this activity is suitable for ages 5 and up. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Leeds Art gallery is fully accessible via a ramp entrance to the front of the building.

You will be able to store pushchairs in the Artspace for the duration of the event.

Accessible toilets are available in Artspace. Baby changing facilities are also available in Leeds Art Gallery.

For more information please see the Leeds Art Gallery website.
