Starting with the City Sculpture Projects 1972 exhibition, this evening of informal talks and presentations will explore some of the issues and ideas, both factual and fictional, raised by the show. Past projects within Leeds, potential futures, and unexpected looks into the uses and abuses of sculpture will feature in short presentations that sketch out an imagined Sculpture City.
Taking place between the Institute and Victoria Hotel, Great George Street, and featuring readings by Garry Barker, Paul Becker, Holly Corfield Carr, Sam Cornish, Chris Fite-Wassilak, Sean Lynch, Dr Jo Melvin, and David Steans.
