Host your next meeting or group event in a world-recognised, award winning exhibition centre.
Our rooms offer an environment ideal for discussion and planning, with the creative environment a stimulus for productive meetings. Fitted with bespoke designer furniture by Vico Magistretti and Arne Jacobsen, our unique atmosphere creates a productive backdrop to successful meetings.
If required, our expert staff are available to deliver tailor-made tours prepared to relate directly to your interests of our exhibitions and research library.
The boardroom is on the second floor of the Institute, overlooking Victoria Gardens. It is primarily designed for board meetings and away days, with four large cherry-wood tables making a grand centrepiece to the room. These can be separated for smaller group settings, or removed to increase the seating capacity for a theatre style event, depending on your needs.
The boardroom is adjacent to the kitchen, making it perfect for catered events. Just outside the boardroom is a useful breakout area and cloakroom.
Located on the basement level, our seminar room is ideal for audio visual presentations and training courses.
Typically arranged with theatre-style seating, there is a dedicated projector with wall-mounted speakers, making it a great place to host lectures or discussions.
