The Henry Moore Institute is situated on The Headrow, in Leeds city centre's cultural hub.
The Henry Moore Institute is located next to Leeds Art Gallery on Victoria Gardens, with Leeds Town Hall just a little further down the road. Close by are Millennium Square, Leeds City Museum and Leeds Cathedral, and it is only a couple of minutes' walk to the shopping areas of Briggate, Leeds Trinity and the Victoria Quarter.
Leeds is around two hours by train from London and three hours from Edinburgh. The Institute is a five-minute walk from Leeds rail station. Leeds Bradford airport is thirty minutes drive from the Institute.

Leeds is easily accessible by the M1, M62 and A1 motorways.
The Insititute does not have its own parking facilities. There are three disabled parking bays near the entrance to the Institute on Cookridge Street, which also has a limited amount of pay and display parking. Check the Leeds City Council website for details on other places to park in the area.
We are only a few minutes away from Leeds train station (station code LDS). Turn left as you leave the station by the City Centre exit, and follow Park Row until it intersects with The Headrow; you'll find us there on the corner.

Leeds Bradford airport is the closest airport to the Institute. By car it is around a thirty minute drive to the Institute, and there is a regular bus service taking roughly one hour to get between the two.
Manchester Airport is also close by, with a regular train service connecting it to Leeds that takes around ninety minutes.
