The Sculpture Research Library and Archive of Sculptors’ Papers will be reopening from Tuesday 18 May.
As Covid-19 restrictions are lifted, we look forward to reopening our Galleries with two new exhibitions, Portable Sculpture and Rafael Pérez Evans: Handful, along with our Research Library and Archive of Sculptors' Papers.
In order to effectively manage the Galleries and allow for social distancing, we are limiting visitor numbers and are asking all visitors to book their visit in advance.
The Archive of Sculptors' Papers is free to visit and open to anyone who wishes to explore the collection.
The archive is open via prior appointment only, Tuesday to Friday, 10am-5pm. It is advisable to get in touch at least a month to your preferred date to visit.
The Institute is closed on bank holidays.
Using the Archive
The archive is free to use. When visiting for the first time you will need to complete a registration form and produce proof of your identity. The form includes our archive rules and by signing the form you accept these conditions.
