"A big big thank you to all who made our day at Perry Green such a special and interesting one. Our guides in particular are to be congratulated in bringing alive the place for us. I am sure Henry and Irina Moore would have been proud to see what you have all achieved in making the place what it is today - very very special."

** Please note that BBC Country Tracks' otherwise excellent programme featuring us on 8 January shows the wrong location. Perry Green is situated to the east of Ware, near Bishop's Stortford. There is another, unrelated Perry Green in West Hertfordshire.
