Visiting The Foundation at Perry Green
The Henry Moore Foundation, one of Hertfordshire's leading day out attractions and one of the UK's finest art destinations, is open seasonally for visitors to tour Moore's former home, gardens and studios at Perry Green, Herts. Everybody is welcome here.
We are delighted that everyone surveyed during the 2010 season have said they would recommend us to a friend, and many return regularly.
The 2010 season has now closed and we will re-open to visitors for our new season from 1 April to 30 October 2011. When we hope to welcome you with a new exhibition in our Sheep Field Barn gallery which is based on Henry Moore's sculptural work in plaster.
During our closed months there are a number of public footpaths that surround the estate (some of the sculptures can be seen from these) which you are more than welcome to walk. Please follow the link for ‘Virtual Perry Green’ for more details.
