Little Hallingbury School
In Autumn 2010 The Henry Moore Foundation embarked on a project with Little Hallingbury Primary School to introduce Moore and his work in an exciting and creative way. We started with a presentation about the artist’s life and work in their morning assembly.
Each pupil was asked to find an organic object to use as a starting point for a Moore inspired work. On subsequent visits we ran practical workshops with each class covering some of the working practices Moore used, including sculpture, drawing, printmaking and textile design.
