Research

HMI research network

As part of our commitment to opening and maintaining active contact with new scholars whose research intersects with sculptural concerns, the Henry Moore Institute co-ordinates a database aimed at active researchers.

As new scholars are often unpublished during and for a time after their studies, their developing expertise often remains invisible outside the conference and lecture circuit. This database aims to develop communities of research to support researchers at all levels. We work inside and outside academia, supporting scholars through our programmed events and through informal reading groups.

The database strives to help scholars keep up to date with current developments in the study of sculpture, make contacts with others working in similar fields, communicate opportunities, as well as announce research events at the Institute and new additions to our archive of on-line papers.

Please pass on the enclosed form to any researchers, from Masters level to established scholars, to enable us to share information.

All information held on the database is confidential and the Institute will not pass on contact details to third parties. When an outside party wants to contact a scholar on the database, the Institute would act as an intermediary.
