Simon Morley studied Modern History at Oxford University and Fine Art at Goldsmiths College. His special interest is the interaction between word and image. Over the last ten years he has exhibited his paintings internationally, most recently in Korea, Italy and the Netherlands. He is also the author of ‘Writing on the Wall: Word and Image in Modern Art (2003), and the forthcoming ‘Documents in Contemporary Art: The Sublime.’. He is Course Leader on the MA in Fine Art at Winchester School of Art.
