Founded in 1983 The Public Art Development Trust (PADT) was the first agency of its kind in the UK devoted to instigating and developing public art projects across the country.
In 2005 the archive of the PADT came to Leeds and is stored in the Discovery Centre as part of the Leeds Museums and Galleries collection. This booklet focusses primarily on sculptural projects, a small part of the mainly paper based collection comprising of some 176 boxes.
