Highlights and new features of The Henry Moore Foundation visitor season, 1 April - 30 October 2011.

Enjoy a first-rate lunch or tea during your visit at the all-new Hoops Inn

A newly-refurbished pub dining room, The Hoops Inn, has opened on the Henry Moore Foundation estate serving lunch and dinner year round, and coffee and afternoon tea in season.  It is run by Good Pub Guide Inn of the Year winners Lowri and Mark Williams.

A major new gallery exhibition, and the return of the tapestries

The Henry Moore: Plasters exhibition in our Sheep Field Barn gallery is an important extra to our outdoor sculpture displays and studios.  It is the UK leg of an exhibition organised by Anita Feldman, and was a hit in Paris this winter at the Musée Rodin.  We also have our collection of Moore tapestries on show in the Aisled Barn again, by popular demand.

A free Acoustiguide, enhancing your visitor experience

As part of your ticket price, you will be offered a free, easy-to-use audiovisual acoustiguide, with material from people who knew and worked with Henry Moore, and other Moore experts, bringing the artist's life and work at Perry Green alive in a new way.

More flexible visiting hours

You no longer need to book to visit the sculpture grounds, studios and galleries at The Foundation, unless you are a group of more than eight people, or have special requirements. Between 1pm - 5pm Tuesday - Friday, and from 10am - 5pm at weekends and bank holidays, you can arrive at any time and buy a ticket to tour the estate. You will need to pre-book to see Moore's house, Hoglands on 01279 844 104. We also recommend pre-booking The Hoops Inn.

New premium and behind-the-scenes options for group visits

We now offer two new group visit options as well as our standard guided tour. All are tailored to your group, and afford different levels of insight into life and work at Perry Green both in Moore's time and today.

New souvenir guide book

A new, lavishly-illustrated souvenir book on Moore's life and work at Perry Green goes on sale this season here and elsewhere, published by Scala, retailing at £9.95.

We were proud to win our category in the regional Enjoy England Awards for Excellence, making us the Small Visitor Attraction of the Year 2010.
