Enquiries concerning works by Henry Moore
There is a charge of £100 per object for research enquiries. The fee is for checking information against the Foundation's archives, confidential databases and unpublished photographic records. Please submit all enquiries using our online form below.
Please note that these checks will not result in the authentication of the work, as The Henry Moore Foundation cannot authenticate from images alone.
Following these checks our Curatorial team may recommend that the work is seen by the Henry Moore Authentication Committee. You will be advised as soon as possible if this is the case. Please find information about the relevant procedures and fees by following the link to the right of this page.
All enquiries are dealt with on a case by case basis and while every effort is made to respond at the earliest opportunity please be aware that delays can occur during busy periods. We strongly recommend that works are withheld from sale and publication until a response has been received from the Foundation.
