By submitting the online form you agree to pay an administration fee of £120 to cover staff costs. The fee is for checking the information and images you provide against the Foundation's archives, confidential databases and unpublished photographic records. All information will be treated with the strictest confidence and in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998.


From 4 April 2022 the Research and Review Service increased its fees from £100 + VAT to £120 + VAT per object for the stage one research enquiry and from £300 + VAT to £350 + VAT per object for the stage two review panel submission. Please note that all research enquiries submitted before this date remain subject to the previous charges of £100 + VAT for a research enquiry and £300 + VAT for a review panel submission. Review panel fees include the charge for the original research enquiry.

    All research conducted by the Henry Moore Foundation shall be confidential. However, the Foundation’s opinion is itself not confidential; it is in the public domain and can be shared. If you show or report the contents of the opinion to any other person without first drawing their attention to the terms of this statement, you should point out that if such a person relies on the opinion they shall do so at their own risk absolutely and should seek their own professional independent advice.
